After spending 10 years as an auditor with the Internal Revenue Service, Kristin is now on the other side of the desk and ready to help you! Employing her vast knowledge gained from her time with the IRS, she is able to prepare your tax return and go to bat for you if there is ever an issue with a previous year’s filing or an IRS audit. As an Enrolled Agent, she is licensed to represent you before the IRS. In addition to IRS representation, Kristin specializes in corporate and personal tax returns for both current filing years and previous tax years.

Nick Persichetti

Nick is a Florida State University graduate with degrees in Finance and Marketing. He specializes in the creation and tax preparation of small businesses, but also has experience with individual tax preparation, W2 and 1099 filings, and reporting of cryptocurrency for tax purposes.
Nick enjoys traveling with his wife and friends, as well as watching his alma mater on Saturdays and the Miami Dolphins on Sundays.
Christiaan DeWet

Born in South Africa and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Christiaan attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate and Strayer University for a Master’s degree in Accounting. He has practiced in Florida and Oregon. After 7 years in the Pacific Northwest, he permanently returned to the Sunshine State.
As an Enrolled Agent, he is licensed to represent you before the IRS. In addition to IRS representation, Christiaan will prepare your tax returns utilizing knowledge and experience gained over more than 15 years of assisting clients with their accounting and tax needs.
He has experience preparing corporate, partnership, and personal tax returns for both current filing years and prior tax years.

In his downtime, Christiaan enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children, and boxer-husky mix, Sisco, and when time allows, spending the day fishing.
